Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes! Currently, we are shipping across North America and the rates are stated as above.

Do you offer any free shipping?
You bet; we are always looking for ways to thank our amazing customers for supporting us. You will receive FREE shipping on all orders over $100 (cad).

Why was my bag so flat when it was shipped?
At PaisleyPaige, we care about the environment and being an earth conscious retailer. Our bags are shipped flat simply to reduce packaging and limit the waste used in shipping our products. Not to worry, if you place a hand towel inside for 24hrs, the bag will come back to its intended shape.


 

Returns:
Please indicate on the paper invoice included with your order which item(s) you are returning and the reason why. Pack your items and invoice into a shipping envelope with the tags intact and enclosed in the original packaging.

Drop off at any Canada / US Post Office location.

Returns are generally processed between 10-12 business days from the time we receive your return.

**Please note that we are currently unable to refund duties and taxes**

Indicate on the paper invoice included with your order which item(s) you would like to exchange. Please indicate clearly:

  • Why you are exchanging
  • What item(s) you would like to exchange for

Pack your item(s), request details and invoice into a shipping envelope. (original packaging, tags etc intact)

Drop off at any Canada / US Post Office location.

Exchanges are generally processed between 10-12 business days from the time we receive your return.


 Refunds:

We do not offer refunds but are more than happy to offer you an exchange or in-store credit.
